We have been delivering real time metocean conditions and structural responses to BP’s Glen Lyon FPSO Integrity Management team. Using our Integrated Marine Monitoring system connected to BMT Deep we supported safety critical operations. We further helped to develop a Digital Twin for the FPSO, and co-authored a paper for industry review. Further work on a structural component is ongoing. (Below) We won funding from the US Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) to develop CO2 pipeline regulatory requirements and thereby improve the safety of pipelines.
